Mastoras, Sharon Mae,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished mother Sharon Mae Mastoras (nee Pitts) on the afternoon of the 11th of December 2018 at Mackenzie Health Hospital, Richmond Hill, ON. Sharon is survived by her husband Anastase Mastoras, her loving husband of 41 years and her four children, Caroline, Alexander, Athena and Cynthia. Sharon also leaves behind her mother Pearl Pitts and predeceased father Joseph Pitts. Sharon had the gift of selflessness and always put herself second and looked after everyone around her. Sharon was the most dedicated mother, grandmother and loving wife. Mommy, we love you very much and we will miss you every day.
The family will be hosting an intimate visitation on Friday 14th December 2018 from 1-3pm, at MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, L4C 3B8.

To me Sharon was the epitomy of a Mum. The hub of the house, there for everyone, always thinking of others before herself. There are so many tales from times before I knew her, especially from the kids’ school days that helped me form a picture of who she was. Her life will live on in her children and grandchildren, in the values that she has instilled. I am blessed to have been Involved in Sharon’s life and now, to those she has left behind. Love to you all x

I remember Mrs. Mastoras as one of the kindest, most generous and loving parents I encountered in my work as a teacher in Richmond Hill. Her warmth and commitment toward her children made a strong and lasting impression on me. I had the good fortune to teach 3 of 4 of the fabulous Mastoras children, so I know first hand that her sparkle lives on. My sincere condolences to Caroline, Aleco, Athena and the rest of the family. -Janet Williamson

Thinking of you all during this very difficult time and sending love. Sharon was blessed with the wonderful gift of having four children who loved and cared for her more than words can express. I have many wonderful memories of Auntie Sharon from when we are young (I think I can still hear here laugh) and I know that she will be with you all always.
