Lil passed away peacefully on March 21st. She was kept pain free and as comfortable as possible. Lil began living in assisted living in the summer of 2013. There were many ups and downs for her throughout the years as she struggled with having Alzheimers/ dementia. Her sense of humour and well honed social skills made her well liked and enjoyed by staff in every facility she lived in.

Marshall Funeral Home in Richmond Hill is handling the cremation. They have set up a web page for communication among friends. Lil will be interned with Bob in the cemetery in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

She was a character with a great sense of humor and we will all have moments and occasions we shared with her to remember.

So sorry to hear of Lil’s Passing. We treasure a little chair which she gave to us to replace one stolen from our porch.Think of her often. Visited her a few times in Niagara Falls and she always seemed to know us.A classy lady!
