McLean, Judith
August 2, 1941-August 8, 2019

Judy died peacefully at home at the age of 78 in the loving arms of her family on August 8, 2019. She was first and foremost a kind and loving person. Her loved ones were beyond fortunate to have such an extraordinary mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Judy was a positive, strong and determined woman with a wicked sense of humour. She would light up a room with her wonderful smile and infectious laugh. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, William McLean. She is survived by her children, Cynthia (Ted) Eigelshoven and Scott Hollies, her granddaughters Hilary and Jillian (Matt Muzard) Eigelshoven, her siblings, Grace Anne (Lynwood) Fidler, Willa (John) Cunningham and Peter (Murlyne) Russell and her many nieces and nephews. Memories of her will fill our minds, warm our hearts and lead us through.

Cremation will be followed by a private internment in King City Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hope House Community Hospice at to support others in our community.

Prayers and thoughts sent to family and friends. Judy was a good friend of my family....especially of my Mom. She was a kind and caring person....with a great sense of humour....and a straight forwardness.

Your life was a blessing, your memories are treasured. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measures. The deep conversations we've had, the jokes we've made will carry on to the next generation. Rest in peace and know you will never be forgotten.

Judy was a long time working partner in crime at CiF Lab Solutions - she was always making us laugh with her inside jokes - you always knew that she seen another side to what people were saying and we would laugh together about it. She was a person that was always smiling and positive about life. We had lunch everyday together - we always knew when it was lunch because Hans would get to the lunch room first and if we were not there he would call out our names which was our clue to stop whatever we were doing and get in that lunch room - that is were we all would have a real laugh and just listen to each other. We always would say what was said in the room stayed in that room.

She loved our lunches with all of the employees (plant and office) because the guys in the plant adored her dearly. She new each & everyone of them by name and new everything about them because she cared. You always knew that when they were laughing at our lunches that Judy was near by with her infectious sense of humor.

The last time I talked with Judy she was telling me that you know Janice some days I just stay in my PJ's all day and do nothing and you know what I can because I am my own boss - I don't answer to anyone (and of course then she had her laugh that I will never forget)

Judy will always be remembered in my heart because she was a true friend who cared dearly about me - I will always be blessed that Judy crossed my path at CiF and became a part of my life that I will treasure forever.

God Bless Always Judy
Rest in Peace.
